  1. CANCELLATIONS
    You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable bank transaction fees.
  2. RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
    If you wish to return an item after receiving it, the original shipping cost and a 15% platform/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
    For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, health care items, and any liquids that have been opened or unsealed are non-refundable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  4. CONDITION OF RETURNS
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
